The Sales Intern will support the sales team by assisting in lead generation, market research, and customer relationship management. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to learn sales strategies and gain real-world experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential leads.
• Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Participate in sales calls and meetings as needed.
• Provide administrative support for sales operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Identifying new clients while nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing key accounts
• Provide quotation for project tender and technical support to stakeholders.
• Participating in site meetings and providing after-sales support with proactive follow-ups.
• Fostering and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with customers.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• ITE/ Diploma in Electrical / Electronics engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 years experience in related fields
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm)

• Salary: Up to $6500
• Possess own vehicle

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills
