Job Responsibilities:
*Conduct market research to identify potential employers.
*Develop compelling marketing materials to promote the program.
*Represent the program at HR events for employer outreach.
*Assess participants' skills and match them to job opportunities.
*Guide participants on resume, interviews and workplace readiness.
*Collaborate closely with employers throughout the hiring process.
*Track and reposrt on participants placement data.
*Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
*Degree or Diploma in HR, Business or related disciplines.
*Preferably those with relevant experiences but not a requirement.
*Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*Knowledge of labour laws, hiring incentives and inclusive employment practices.
*Passion for inclusive hiring and empathy for ex-offenders.
