THE ROLE:

Sales Administration & Customer Service Executive encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient online & offline order fulfilment, delivery operation and post-delivery customer service. • Identify and establish relationships with key and prospective clients
• Provide technical expertise to clients, understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored solutions
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to understand and communicate technical features and benefits
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical advantages of our rigging solutions
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to formulate sales strategies
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients
• Work collaboratively with the Sales team to meet revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
• Travel to client locations and participate in trade industry events
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

A successful candidate will possess:

• Diploma in Engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field
• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the marine industry*
• Technical knowledge of marine rigging products, systems, and solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Ability to translate technical features into client benefits and value propositions
• Willingness to learn about the range of marine rigging solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events

This position is for a full-time Software Engineer to join Keysight’s Quantum Engineering Solutions (QES) organization, which is responsible for producing world-leading solutions in quantum technologies, including quantum computing, quantum communications and quantum sensing. As a Solution Developer, you will be part of an R&D team and launch breakthrough software solutions to market. You will work throughout each stage of our product development process and tackle complex technical challenges while in a customer-centric environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, test, and support a diverse portfolio of production software solutions for Quantum customers
• Develop tools to optimize High-Performance Computing (HPC) compatibility for our Quantum Software Stack
• Understand customer needs and requirements to define solutions and formulate development plans
• Work independently as well as in teams to accomplish business objectives

Job Qualifications

• MS or PhD degree in physics, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Quantum Computing knowledge is required.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++ or Julia.
• Operational knowledge of phase-coherent, pulse sequencing with AWGs, data acquisition with digitizers, and DC-source biasing.
• Good communication skills, passion for continuous learning and collaborating across the team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
