• Providing vital product insights, feedback and revenue trends, from their own experience using the Products and sharing the feedback from the Advertisers.
• Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement sales strategy for Datacenter Tech Division.
• Achieve sales revenue targets through servicing of new customers and existing clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations and preparation of sales proposals.
• Generate new accounts.
• Create, close and manage strategic customer projects, evaluates and resolves sales, technical and project implementation issues.
• Lead and strengthen the Sales Team for tangible performance according to business strategy plan.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business, IT or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in Information Technology, preferably in Data Center Field or Building Facility Field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrable skills in negotiation and sales presentations.
• Independent, resourceful and possess good business acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Capability in solution selling and generate new business, opportunity with new & existing clients.
• Candidates will be based in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide first-level technical support for our products, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

· Monitor and maintain the operational status of the datacenter infrastructure.

· Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, following established procedures and escalation paths.

· Perform routine datacenter operations tasks, such as equipment checks, environmental monitoring, and inventory management.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure service continuity.

· Document and report incidents, activities, and maintenance tasks according to standard procedures.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and datacenter operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably in a product support or datacenter operations capacity.

· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and storage systems.

· Ability to work effectively in a 24x5 shift environment, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices is a plus.

· Relevant certifications in IT support and datacenter operations are advantageous.
