Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, with at least 2 years in a campaign management role.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, SQL) and experience with Tableau.

Responsibilities:

• Provide procurement support to cross functional teams in APAC, including contract guidance, sourcing, and third-party assessments
• Create and manage purchase orders our in-house Purchasing tool and track them to completion
• Manage manual onboarding of new suppliers/vendors
• Vendor query management - main POC for vendors and liaising with procure to pay (P2P) teams for invoice/payments issues
• Stakeholder management - main POC and escalation point for APAC queries with central internal teams
• Ensure compliance with purchasing and finance best practices
• Work with managers to ensure completion of Statement of Work documents where required by contract team
