Job Description:As a Customer Support Specialist with an IT background at our F&B store, you will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries, technical issues, and providing assistance related to our digital platforms and services. 3. Guide customers through step-by-step instructions and provide technical assistance for using our digital platforms, placing orders, navigating menus, and resolving login or payment-related issues.
4. Escalate complex technical issues or unresolved customer concerns to appropriate internal teams or third-party vendors for further investigation and resolution.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical support requests, and resolutions in our CRM system or ticketing software.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and marketing, to address recurring technical issues, implement system improvements, and enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Stay updated on product features, software updates, and industry trends related to digital technologies and customer support best practices.
8. Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members or customers on the use of our digital platforms and IT systems.
9. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and self-help resources to empower customers with self-service options and minimize support inquiries.
10. Uphold company policies, service standards, and data security protocols to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer information and digital assets.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Test Specialist to join our client's Customer Digital team to support the Test Plan and Test Execution as well as to gather user insights, ideas to streamline into system design that balances customer needs, business constraints & technological challenges.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, Statistics, Business and Information Technology;
• Has 3 years of experience in conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing using Website Optimisation tools;
• Familiarity with testing and insights tools (AB tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO);
• Strong interest in the area of web and user application design ( UI / UX );
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for making changes during testing;
• Experience leverage data-driven insights to enhance user experience and website performance;
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard User-Centered Design methodologies;
• Familiar with the latest interface design and user experience trends and best practices;
• Strong business communications skills, strong verbal & written presentation & documentation skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Certifications in VWO.

Responsibilities

• Involved in gathering, developing and implementing A/B tests, multivariate tests using VWO (Visual Website Optimizer) to improve website functionality and user engagement;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners and project team to understand business objectives and translate them into test hypotheses;
• Involved in the Test Planning and Test Execution and drive insights to enhance website performance;
• Identify areas of improvement on the website through ongoing analysis, feedback loops, and industry best practices;
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and content owners to design, develop and optimize wireframes, user journeys based on the various test outcomes;
• Involve in identifying and troubleshooting UX problems;
• Share regular reports on test performance, providing clear and concise information on key metrics and insights;
• Ensure consistent style guide throughout the sites with appropriate design changes in accordance to corporate branding.

Supply Chain Management – Onboarding New Suppliers:

- Developing regional activation plan against revenue priorities. Successful delivery of activation plans and sales strategies to our vendor teams

- In -quarter enablement of agents/TLs and optimisation of program go to market

- Performance management of program KPI’s, to meet and exceed revenue, operational and solution metrics

Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ years’ experience working with sales, digital marketing, consultancy, advertising

This is an 8-month contract role based in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and process incoming reports of alleged legal rights infringement during the APAC time zone. Key metrics include SLAs, quality, accuracy, and escalation rates;
• Proactively deliver insights from data and trends seen in the queues, and suggest improvements;
• Specifically, the scope of work includes:

1. Content review:Responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-submitted reports of intellectual property infringement on the social media Family of Apps. This may involve assessing the validity of the report, determining whether the content violates social media policies or applicable laws, and taking appropriate action such as removing the content or disabling the account.
2. Correspondence management: Manage correspondence with users who have submitted reports of intellectual property infringement, as well as with rights holders and their legal representatives. This may involve providing updates on the status of reports, requesting additional information, and communicating decisions regarding content removal or account disablement.
3. Data entry and record keeping: Responsible for accurately entering data into the systems and maintaining detailed records of all actions taken in relation to reports of intellectual property infringement. This may involve using specialized software or tools to track and manage reports, as well as generating reports and analytics as needed.
4. Policy and legal compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to intellectual property, as well as the social media's internal policies and guidelines. They will be responsible for ensuring that all actions taken in relation to reports of intellectual property infringement are compliant with these requirements.
5. Training and development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge in the area of intellectual property operations. This may involve attending workshops, webinars, or other training sessions, as well as completing online courses or certifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree and/or masters or equivalent experience;
• 1+ years of professional experience, preferably with a background in trust & safety / risk management operations (previous legal or Intellectual property experience preferred);
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills;
• Passionate about helping people and maintaining user trust in social media platform;
• Interested in the intersection of legal guidance, policy and free speech on the Internet;
