Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive / Account Executive / Business Development Executive who is a strategic thinker to drive business growth and can adapt quickly in a startup environment. Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and expand new franchisee and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
• Negotiate business terms with potential franchisees and partners to maximize mutual benefits.
• Manage and optimize partnership relations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales / business development
• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, particularly in franchise management and strategic partnerships are a greatest advantage
