Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years experience on an international sales position
• Experience working in technical support roles within the energy, power generation, or automation sectors.
• Knowledge of control systems, automation technologies, and protection relay products.
• Previous experience providing technical sales support in the energy industry.
• Proven experience or educational background in the energy and/or automation industry, with a strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
• Familiarity with the power generation market, especially in gen-sets, combustion engines, and protection relays, is a significant advantage.
• Strong technical support and product training experience, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the sales team and external customers.
• Proficiency in PC applications and MS Office, with strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to develop budgets, cost estimates, and technical proposals in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage customer projects and timelines.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
