Job Description:
- Proactively identify and explore new opportunities for the organization to maximize its impact and deliver on its mission, including creating and developing programs, campaigns, projects and partnerships
- Provide additional training regards wildlife populations, wildlife rescue operations and regulations including wildlife protection laws
- Develop and maintain selling and coaching skills to enhance team effectiveness. Providing guide, motivating and training team members in all aspects of their job requirements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to improve performance of the sales team
- Regularly evaluate the progress and impact, rethink approaches with company's specialists and other professionals when necessary, decrease barriers and maximize results
- Work closely with specialists and other stakeholders. Leverage their viewpoints and skills to find positive outcomes
- Achieve growth and hit KPI dashboards, targets and measurement of sales force efficiency and effectiveness
- Initiate and maintain appropriate level of communication with internal and external customers
- Analyse and evaluate sales data, market and competitor activities to develop plans to increase sales
- Represent organization to strengthen its brand and communicate its vision, mission and explain about wildlife rescue operations
- Perform any other duties assigned
