Requirements

• Highly experienced within SAP implementation and transformation with a proven track record of at least 8 – 10 years, with at least 2 years operating in a presales role
• Experienced with large scale transformation projects in SAP environments, with ‘hands-on’ experience of 3-4 full cycle of Sap implementation projects in consulting environment and at least one S/4HANA transformation project
• Experience in translating business requirements into strategies, roadmaps and architecture
• Taking thought leadership in SAP digital transformation including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform and other SAP platforms.
• Ability to tackle sophisticated problems through simplification, standardization and automation of both business processes and IT
• Developing positive relationships with our clients becoming a trusted advisor
• Providing functional and technical guidance to ensure that implementation projects are in line with standard methodologies and policies to meet business goals.
• It is also desirable for you to have experience of the full Application Lifecycle, with understanding of SAP Applications Management, Development and Support

Responsibilities:

I conceptualise, design and produce creative assets for Decathlon Singapore marketing & communications 

• Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals and creative assets for both in-stores and digital platforms in adherence to brand guidelines and store concept
• Develop engaging and conversion driven in-store communications (e.g. entrance facades, window display, signages etc.) for commercial campaigns and store needs
• Liaise closely with print production companies to ensure quality and excellent delivery of materials on time
• Manage the production and budget for the printing of materials
• Conceptualise and develop creative designs and graphic artwork for e-commerce website banners, social media, and EDM
• Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design Lead, Communications Team, Digital Marketing Team, and Store Concept Leader

I execute photography and videography for Decathlon Singapore marketing & communications

• To create video and photo content for all commercial campaigns for both in-stores and digital platforms
• To manage the production of videography and photography content 
• To liaise with creative agencies and freelancers for production of creative assets when required 
• Accountable for all video and photo content across the Decathlon channels
• Management of the content calendar for production purposes
• Liaise with creative agency for all production shoots and be on site for all production shoots within Decathlon
• Provide highly engaging video content and memorable photo content
• Create animation storyboards for all video shoots
• Support the Social Media Lead in ideating social media content across Decathlon Singapore’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to drive followers and engagement

• Drive mid-size or large-scale projects from start to finish as a key individual contributor, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs.
