The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will support the Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager in ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with the Payment Services Act 2019 and Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) anti-money laundering (“AML”), and counter-terrorism financing (“CFT”) regulations.

The role involves managing day-to-day compliance activities, including but not limited to, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, and reviewing internal processes, while working closely with business units to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements. As part of a small compliance team, the Regulatory Compliance Specialist will have a hands-on role and the opportunity to contribute directly to the overall compliance strategy.

General

• Support the Senior Manager in the implementation of compliance policies and procedures, and in drafting new policies and procedures
• Execute regular reviews and audits of the company’s compliance framework to ensure its effectiveness
• Support the Senior Manager in reviewing, updating and maintaining the company’s compliance program including ensuring an effective compliance risk management and control system.

Regulatory Reporting and Audits

Job Overview:
The People Specialist will be responsible for a range of HR, payroll, and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of operations. The Global Sustainability specialist : Human Rights Due Diligence plays a crucial role in implementing Human rights strategies in procurement. This role promotes best practices across all regions and drives human rights initiatives. A key accountability includes improving human rights aspects within Asahi Supply chain globally. This role also focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships and managing supplier partnerships, with a specific focus on human rights within sustainability.
