Role Purpose:

The goal of this position is to provide daily operational support to our Procurement Management team including Request for Quotations, purchase order placement, expediting, handling end to end LC application process, full set of shipping documents, tracking of orders and managing routine documentation for purchase orders in accordance to Molycop procurement policy, procedures, process and delegations of authority.

Role Accountabilities:

1. Procurement & Contract Support

· Full procurement cycle.

· RFQ against forecast and receipt of supplier proposals.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at InsightBridge Concept. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our consulting services. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries and markets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of our consulting services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored consulting solutions to address challenges and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Track sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM software.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and consulting best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of consulting services and client needs in relevant industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience is necessary; we seek candidates with passion and a strong desire to learn
• Holding SCI certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI) is a plus
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Mandarin, French, Indonesian, Hindi, or Portuguese) is advantageous, as our clientele primarily consists of expatriates and international clients.

A Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the success of an organization. They are the leader in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales representatives and ensuring that they are meeting their goals. The sales supervisor must work closely with the store manager, general manager, and production manager to communicate changing customer needs. As a liaison between the organization and the customers, the production supervisor must anticipate changing customer needs and design products that meet such needs.

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
