Job Highlights:
Interface Creation & Monitoring: Develop and oversee interfaces in SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
Ticket Handling & Issue Resolution: Manage 1st and 2nd level support tickets for SAP PI/PO and Integration Suite, diagnose issues, and perform corrective actions in collaboration with service providers.
Recurring Issue Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address integration challenges and ensure timely resolution.
Adherence to Processes: Follow established procedures, contribute to documentation, and support knowledge sharing to promote best practices.
System Stability & Checks: Perform post-restart system checks to ensure application stability and troubleshoot issues, maintaining uptime after maintenance activities.
Workplace and End-User Service & Support (Global/Regional): Provide expert knowledge and technical assistance to IT-PO teams and services across global/regional operations.
IT Project Support (Regional/Local): Support IT projects within the Asia Pacific region, contributing to successful implementation and operations.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, or other SAP modules. Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting integration scenarios across SAP and non-SAP systems.Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem management practices to resolve recurring system issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
