Job Summary

As a Technical Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of CNC technicians. Your expertise will ensure that technicians are proficient in operating and maintaining CNC machines. You will work closely with new hires, apprentices, and existing technicians to provide comprehensive training and support. Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering Team to devise technical training programs based on operational requirements.
• Determine course content, prepare training materials (presentations, worksheets, etc.), and create training schedules.
• Execute training sessions, workshops, and hands-on training for groups or individuals.
• Provide in-depth training on CNC machine operation, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Educate technicians on safety protocols, preventive maintenance, and proper machine care.
• Teach quality control procedures, use of simple inspection instruments, ensuring precision and accuracy in CNC machining.

Qualifications
