Join our boutique as a Senior Sales Executive and elevate our customer experience. Your role will focus on personalized services, sales, and building lasting relationships with our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships:
- Cultivate strong relationships with high-end customers.
- Understand their preferences, needs, and golf lifestyle apparel requirements.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' preferences, needs, and lifestyle apparel requirements, building trust and loyalty.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to maintain ongoing client engagement, including follow-up calls, emails, etc.
Sales Excellence
- Provide personalized shopping experiences.
- Drive sales by recommending suitable products and upselling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities, including cross-selling.
Product Knowledge:
- Master our luxury golf & lifestyle apparel collection, bags & accessories.
- Educate clients on fabric quality, design, and performance features.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new arrivals, and emerging technologies in luxury apparel to provide informed recommendations and anticipate customer preferences.
Boutique Operations Support:
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a luxurious ambiance.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining accurate records of product availability.
Events and Promotions:
- Participate in exclusive marketing events.
- Leverage your network to attract potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Previous experience in a senior sales or leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales talent to maximize their potential.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-end clientele.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value sales transactions.
- Passion for luxurious lifestyle products and an eye for style.
- Great team player attitude.
