Job Summary

The Recruiter Specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire qualified talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with company hiring goals. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers, as well as promoting the employer brand to enhance the talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Build a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews and assessments, shortlist qualified candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure professional, timely communication throughout the recruitment process, promoting the company’s values and culture.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, set timelines, and make informed hiring decisions.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure recruitment practices align with legal standards and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, with proven recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance in recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in HR/recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR), with CEI certification as a plus, and experience in high-volume or specialized hiring.

Job responsibilities

1. Oversee the financial accounting, reporting, and issuance of accurate financial statements for the company’s Singapore business entities.
2. Establish and continuously improve the accounting system and financial processes to align with local regulatory requirements and business operations.
3. Manage financial aspects of import and export transactions, monitor overseas settlement activities, and stay updated on foreign exchange regulations and market dynamics.
4. Prepare, organize, and provide audit data, ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
5. Act as a key financial advisor to management, offering insights and support for strategic decision-making, especially during the setup and expansion phase of the business.
6. Support the development of local budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to ensure sustainable growth.
7. Handle additional finance-related responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team.

Requirements

1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
   Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA/CIMA) is preferred.
2. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with local and overseas stakeholders in Singapore and other regions.
3. Accounting Standards and Regulations: Familiarity with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit policies. Strong understanding of local Singapore accounting and tax standards.
4. Industry Experience: Prior experience in large-scale retail, international business settlements, or cross-border e-commerce is highly desirable.
5. Technical Skills: Proficient in financial and accounting software and standard office tools.
6. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of responsibility and professional ethics.
7. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the inbound receiving, physical put away and System receiving.

• Perform cycle count, Outbound orders picking, packing and releasing.

• Coordinate inventory transfers within the warehouse.

• Perform online courier bookings. Liaise with forwarders using email communication for bookings.

• Overall warehouse housekeeping and adhoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor

• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing

• Preferably with a forklift license.

• Basic reading and writing skills and basic computer skills.

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm

Job Description

• Plan and arrange daily shipments, ensuring timely coordination with freight forwarders for bookings and deliveries.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders to secure shipping schedules and ensure accuracy in all shipping documentation.
• Provide internal and external customers with pre-advised, complete shipping documentation.
• Oversee shipment processes for all machine models, including arranging crating, fumigation, and forklift services as required.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as shipping invoices, credit notes, packing lists, delivery orders, and certificates of origin.
• Package and dispatch spare parts to fulfill customer requirements based on marketing department requests.
• Manage all shipping activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining efficient documentation workflows.
• Address and resolve any issues related to shipping and logistics operations.
• Take on additional duties or responsibilities as assigned to support overall operations.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum educational qualification: NITEC, Higher NITEC, or N Level.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics.
• Familiarity with Syspro Business software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Eager to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
