Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily administrative operations and general affairs for the company’s Singapore branch.
2. Manage fixed assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping and optimizing asset utilization.
3. Coordinate logistical support, including office cleanliness and environmental health inspections, in collaboration with cleaning staff.
4. Handle procurement of office supplies and departmental materials to ensure smooth operations.
5. Manage employee accommodation, maintaining a conducive environment and enhancing their overall experience.
6. Assist with external visitor arrangements, including reception room setup, tea service, and visitor parking logistics.
7. Organize and monitor the company’s security measures to safeguard personnel and property, conducting regular inspections of safety equipment and resolving issues promptly.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 1–3 years of experience in administration, logistics, or fixed asset management.

Administration

• Payroll and support to yearly performance appraisal
• General affairs, including office management to keep the working environment in proper way.
• Organize company events and create well-being of employees in work place

Training

• Support for BHS Academy - Work closer with BHS Academy from WHR (HQ) in Germany, BU heads and Head of County. Planning, conducting, and administering programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge
• Develop training program for employees that suit to their needs and business development
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers, and amend programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment
• Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets, assessing the return on investment of any training or development program

Labor Relations

• Coordinate with HRBP and other departments to create and sustain positive employee relations and facilitate effective communications between employees and management
• Draft proposals and rules or regulations, and ensure that human resources policies are consistent with local labor laws
• Manage employee benefits to study and ensures that the benefits offered are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with legal requirements.
• Investigate validity of labor grievances and advise management on contracts, worker grievances, and disciplinary procedures
• Other additional duties as required by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3-5 years working experiences with multi-national company at a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Labor Relations, Business, Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 3-year experience in payroll practice and human resources or employee relations
• Thorough understanding of laws, regulations and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiation.

The Senior Sales Executive/ Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, understanding client needs, and promoting our comprehensive range of fire protection products and services. He/She provides market feedback to the management, assumes the responsibility of executing the various sales activities, monitoring the various channels for prospective partners and evaluating market research findings, data analysis and presenting the findings. In addition, he/she supports relationship building with existing and new buyers and vendors and supports the organisation of ad hoc events and roadshows.

Jobs Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, reach out, and secure new business opportunities within the fire protection domain.

2. Client Relationship Management: Foster and develop relationships with existing clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Manages customer databases

3. Product & Service Promotion: Stay updated with the latest in fire protection technology and promote our products and services accordingly.

4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed set monthly and annual sales targets.

Job Requirement:

• Good understanding of the fire protection market and its latest trends.
