• Manage student credits and package records by updating systems (e.g., Omnify, Sales Sheet, and QuickBooks) and verifying alignment with contracts.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports, including active student lists, attendance records, and top student recognition.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service and Education Consultant teams to address pending contracts and ensure accuracy in pricing, packages, and financial details.
• Regularly update and organize price lists and course package contracts to maintain consistency across documents.

This role requires in depth knowledge of Linux platforms and distributed storage systems, including performance optimization and capacity management. This candidate will ideally have experience with bare metal, hypervisors, containers, and public cloud platforms. Your day to day could consist of hardware and software installation and configuration, monitoring and alerting improvements and configurations, automation and tool development, and much more.

• Manage systems efficiently at scale through standardization, automation, testing, and in depth monitoring
• Enforce development standards for source control, testing, and continuous integration for infrastructure, OS, patches, and configuration management
• Manage a distributed compute environment and several petabyte-scale storage systems
• Install, manage, and monitor the Linux operating system (RHEL based)

Required Qualifications:
