• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales.

- Incharge of telephone answering and enquiries

- Form preparation, fill in and filing documentation

- Must have good manners while attending all kind of our customer

- Must be punctual when working days
