Responsibilities as Logistics Specialist

Focused on ensuring that the whole logistics operation and activities in always flowing efficiently

Preparing shipping documentation (such as Packing list, Commercial invoice, Shipping docs as per customer and PM requirements)

• Prepare shipping document attestations, legalizations, COO, temp import / export.
• Communicate with Freight forwarders for shipment pickup.
• Maintain tracker for Inbound / Outbound shipments.
• Report preparation upon request.
• Initiate spot quote for freight & material handling equipment.
• Optimize transportation & logistics cost, negotiating rates with carriers & identify cost saving opportunities.
