Clinical Application Specialist, Sleep Team.

You will be primarily responsible for ensuring the provision of advice and assistance on the usage of therapy devices and products to end users including conducting training for medical professionals, allied health personnel, patients and sales team to ensure that they are familiar with and confident in using the products.

Specifically, you will

• Support sleep apnea device usage according to product usage instructions while adhering to infection control and observing patient safety as first priority.
• Support sleep team cases competently and promptly.
• Process end to end transaction for customers from clinical demo to purchase of device.
• Ensure that end users receive correct advice and adequate, professional support.
• Support in analysing customer feedback on clinical application services which, in turn leads to case management improvement projects to increase efficiency.
• Assist to train new sales and clinical staff on the features and applications of the products, respond to questions posed by the customers, providing on-site guidance where needed.
• Conduct training for the end users to ensure they are familiar with and confident in using the products.
• Co-organise trade shows, courses and events with sales and marketing team, for areas related to product applications and usage.
• Collaborate with Regional Product Managers/Specialists and Business Unit Managers to develop training materials and competency assessment documents.

Main Duties

Onboarding and Documentation

• Review and approve all trust onboarding documentation. Review and check the trust set up documentation to ensure completeness and that it meets policy requirements. Assist with bank account opening set up, transfer in of assets and ancillary documentation.
• Complete the new business checklist, and assessment for trust relationship manager and team head sign-off
• Interact with front office/wealth advisory team to obtain documents
• Supervise and manage output of junior staff as necessary
• Maintaining relevant spreadsheets to track and record on the businesses onboarded
• Track due reviews and produce management reports as necessary
• Ensure client due diligence documents (Eg. passports, address proof, certificates of incumbency etc.) are up to date and accurately recorded (for the files as well as the system and databases)
• Ensure outstanding matters are attended to or, if not, escalated accordingly.
• Ensure prompt turnaround of all onboarding set up of structure
• Ensure that Compliance approval is obtained where required.
• Review the permanent file to ensure good order and completeness.

• Work with the review team on assessment of source of wealth background of clients, corroborate the declared net worth independently and assess supporting documentation (e.g. financial statements) in line with regulatory requirements (AML)
• Review name screenings in accordance with bank standards. Conduct assessment on potential hits, follow compliance guidance and procedures.

• Assist with other departmental projects and specific ad-hoc tasks as necessary
• Contribute to the implementation and design of the trust product e.g. consideration of regulatory, risk and business (financial/operational/tax) issues. Point person for trust onboarding matters.

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be part of our Support team liaising with Product developers to support Client Products deployed at customer sites across the globe.

• Will work along with the Support Lead, take up support tickets assigned, probe the issue, and give possible resolution within the Turn Around Time.
