Key Responsibilities:

Partner Engagement & Coordination:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of partner-focused programs and initiatives.
• Organize events, workshops, and forums that promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Manage program logistics, documentation, and resources to ensure smooth execution.

Operational Support:

• Provide administrative and coordination support for partner-related activities.
• Track project progress, prepare updates, and maintain accurate records for reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between operational activities and organizational goals.
• Support compliance by ensuring activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in partnership management, operations, or project coordination.
• Proficiency in bilingual communications and program delivery.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.

Duties & Responsibilities :

As an LED Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED lighting systems. Your role involves working with various LED technologies, ensuring optimal performance, and providing technical support as needed. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality LED solutions.

1. Installation and Configuration:

• Install and set up LED lighting systems in accordance with specifications and industry standards.

• Configure LED controllers, drivers, and associated components to ensure seamless functionality.

2. Maintenance and Upkeep:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of installed LED systems to identify and address any issues promptly.

• Replace faulty components and perform upgrades to enhance system performance.

3. Programming and Tuning:

• Program LED controllers and drivers to achieve desired lighting effects and meet customer requirements.

• Fine-tune LED systems for optimal brightness, color accuracy, and energy efficiency.

4. Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with LED installations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all LED installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.

• Conduct testing and validation procedures to guarantee the reliability of LED systems.

6. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of all installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.

• Create comprehensive documentation for reference and future troubleshooting.

7. Customer Support:

• Provide technical support to customers and address inquiries related to LED systems.

• Offer guidance on best practices for optimal system performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experiences in LED installation, programming, repair, and maintenance.
