4. Training and Retail Support

Job Description :

• Building strong, professional relationships with key personnel to identify and secure new accounts.
• Coordinating the participation of company staff, including support, service, and management teams, to achieve account performance goals and meet customer expectations.
• Achieving assigned targets for profitable sales and strategic objectives within designated accounts.
• Continuously assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Leading the development of solutions that best address customer needs, while ensuring the involvement of all relevant company personnel.

Requirement

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the precision plastic and rubber industry will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel overseas
