Our client is a well established MNC who is a global leader in engraving technologies. Their sales office is located at KAKI BUKIT area (walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT). They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team.

Basic salary: up to $6000 + Car Allowance
Work Location: Kaki Bukit (near Kaki Bukit MRT)
Work Days: 5 Days, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development and management of distributors in the engraving, jewellery, automotive and related industrial equipment industry.
• Responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
• Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region.
• Manage sales by developing business plans, coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation, and meeting planned goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales team including sales & marketing support personnel.
• Organize and participate in sales activities to achieve established revenue and profit targets (exhibitions, roadshows, phone and on-site exploration, potential customer follow-up & etc)

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Adminstration
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in selling of industrial equipment (ideally CNC and/or Laser).
• Local & ASEAN travelling required
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, CRM software and CAD/CAM software
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Singaporean only need apply

Account Manager [After Sales Service]

Salary: $2800 - 3300 + $750 Transport Allowance

Job Description

Overview for the role:

Provide back-end operational support, assist the Account Manager in managing/maintaining customer relationships; daily schedules of technicians; follow up with necessary logistics and procurement; and conduct product training for technicians and Customers.

Operational Support:

• Coordinates, prioritizes, and resolves issues encountered by the team.
• Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment, and energy of the team.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Escalates critical/complex issues that will impact the business and manage quality issues.
• Contacts customer & Dealers/Distributors, collects feedback, and establishes and maintains good relationship with customers, Dealers/Distributors.
• Responds to key customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans.

Financial Oversight:

• Forecast, monitor, and document financial performance against plan.
• Manage end-end aftersales service delivery and account receivable through Microsoft Business Central.

• Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians as required to meet workload demands, and company or customer expectations and requirements.
• Manage a team of service technicians direct reports, and a few in-house subcontractors.

Logistics and Procurement:

• Manage parts, materials and tools procurement, and logistics scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls.
• Engage in end-end process with subcontractors, from quotations comparison to site deliverables to invoice.

Contract Management:

• Responsible for contract renewals and simple repair quotations process.

• Drive EH&S initiatives, create EHS awareness and monitor compliance

Performance Metrics:

• Responsible for KPIs such as productivity, field expenses, Aftermarket Service Sales revenue/margins

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 3 Years of experience in a similar supervisory role within Aftermarket Service Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or similar tools.
• Understanding of EH&S standards and practices is a plus for the role.

Job Title: Marine Sales Representative (ID8360)
Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Salary: $4000 with sales commission

Working Hour: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm, however sometimes may required to work at off duty hours according to operation arrangement

Job Description:
- Gather vessel details and pricing information from the market for marine dredging and construction projects.
- Handle the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation and quotation to payment collection.
- Promoting and provide safety services to client.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on market research.
- Negotiate terms with clients and ensure contracts meet company and client needs, expertise with updated marine laws, terms and conditions.
- Ensure that all vessel details, quotes, and sales data are accurately recorded and digitalized, maintaining comprehensive databases.
- Manage the post-sales process, including follow-ups, client support, and securing payments.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in marine dredging, construction, or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and managing post-sales processes.
- Experience in sourcing vessel details and cost estimation in the marine sector.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events. Possess own transportation will be advantages.
- A network of contacts within the marine industry is a significant plus.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-initiative and able to handle the project independently.

• Serve existing assigned accounts and prospect potential new customers
