**Job Overview:**
As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through our product offerings and helping them discover the best solutions for their needs. You’ll work closely with our team, receiving personalized 1-on-1 coaching to help you achieve your sales goals and grow in your career. Plus, you'll get the chance to travel to exciting destinations for team events, training sessions, and customer-facing meetings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Presentations:** Present our products/services to new and existing clients.
- **Relationship Building:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing and other sales team members to share insights, strategies, and success stories.
- **Travel Opportunities:** Attend sales events, trade shows, and team-building retreats, both locally and nationally, to represent the brand and enhance your professional development.
- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions to improve your skills, overcome challenges, and refine your approach to sales.
**Key Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Prior experience in sales (B2B or B2C) is preferred, but not required. If you're motivated and eager to learn, we’ll help you build your skills!
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a talent for building rapport with customers.
- **Self-Motivated:** You are driven to achieve goals, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
