Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the General Manager.
• Directly responsible for growth through supporting potential clients in selecting a Caregiver which is in line with their medical and social needs, and guiding them through all contractual requirements.
• Actively drive sales volume through quick follow-ups with potential clients.
• Provide accurate information to clients on policies, procedures and service.
• Pro-actively perform all necessary compliance tasks & paperwork to ensure that contracts are closed professionally.
• Represent the company’s services with confidence. Communicate clearly and appropriately with clients & business partners.
• Actively build professional relationships with doctors & nurses within local hospitals, clinics and medical centres.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development capacity.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent or experience in the ILTC sector would be a good to have but is not necessary. We are open to any profiles who are service-oriented and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• 5-days work week. Some Saturdays required.
• Good command of English when communicating with Clients (Written & verbal).
• Able to work independently.
• CEI-certified would be good to have but not necessary.

Job Description

Test Coordination: Coordinate with SIT Team, manage quality gates and handover to UAT

• Test Planning: Define UAT test strategy, create test bed, schedule testing efforts

• Test Design: Develop Test Cases to factor in positive/negative/boundary testing etc., management of traceability matrix to track requirements

• Test Execution: Coordinate and run test cases, report testing metrics, identify and report defects, perform regression testing

• Defect Resolution: Manage defect lifecycle

• Verification: Retest and validate defect fixes and perform regression testing if necessary

• Test Closure: Formal closure of UAT testing cycle upon resolution of all defects, provide test closure documentation

Skills Required

1. Education – Bachelors or higher degree preferably in Computer Science or IT

2. Good working experience in Manual Testing and Banking and Financial Services - Proven skills in Managing a testing team along with the deliverables - Must be able to Plan, Design & review Test Plan & Test Cases - Coordinate with Users and other Stakeholders to manage Regression and UAT stage

Should have atleast 4-5 yrs of Investment Banking experience - Knowledge of Wealth Management Products and Avaloq tool - Project management exp. - HP ALM or similar Testing Tool exp. - Atlassian JIRA and Confluence - Defect log management - Domain knowledge of Wealth management products - Avaloq experience (Good to have) - Very Good communication & stakeholder management Skills (Verbal and Written)
