Job responsibilities of a Product Specialist are as follows:-
➢ Plan, organize and manage all sales activities
➢ Establish and implement sales objectives and goals
➢ Explore markets to identify new sales leads and opportunities
➢ Prepare quotation, tender documents and arrangement during and after tender
➢ Maintain good business relationship with clinicians, medical staffs and MMD officers
➢ Participate at Medical Conferences and other events.
➢ Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers’ needs and expectations
➢ Provide after sale customer support.
➢ Arranging appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
➢ Prepare presentations to clinicians and medical staff.
➢ Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clinicians, medical staff
and supporting administrative staff
➢ Keeping detailed records of all contacts
➢ Meets and Exceeds Annual Sales Targets
➢ Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables
➢ Knowledge with the latest product technical data supplied by the product manufacturer, and presenting this data to customers
➢ Monitoring competitor’s activity and products.
➢ To ensure all product information is in order before meeting up the customer for a
presentation
➢ To submit a written report on every lost deal.
➢ Always project a positive attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues
➢ Collect or submit any documents from the hospitals, including follow up any outstanding payments.
➢ Any other duties may assign to you from time to time.
