Job Description & Skills/Requirements:-

This position reports to the Regional Country Manager and interfaces with Organization managers and GM Sales. This position will require to have basic IT knowledge, solution selling and experiences in Electronics, Transport, Logistics, Aerospace, Hospitality industries.

Individual is involved in:

1. Active canvasing for new customer base

2. Achievement of agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

3. Pre-sales activities to ensure healthy pipeline and good closure rate, with post-sales activities occasionally according to sales requirement

4. Performance of sales cycle which includes sales quotation, order confirmation, purchase requisition, delivery (urgent case), installation (occasionally), payment collect.

1. Focus on assisting Service Sales Manager in managing all existing & Non-SSA accounts.
2. Focus on maintaining current installed base by renewing existing maintenance contracts.
3. To influence our customers on the importance of after-sales service coverage. Should possess superior negotiation skills and a Will-to-Win mindset.
4. Create clients’ automation needs based on clients’ business operations’ models. – Assist Service Sales Manager in submission of competitive price proposals/tenders (open & close) on clients’ projects.
5. Co-ordinate between clients, contractors, subcontractors and in-house engineering staff on projects.
6. Regularly prepare and/or assist to prepare proposals and presentations to push retrofitting and upgrading projects to generate additional revenue.
7. Assist to Liaise between project and testing & commissioning teams to ensure costings are accurate.
8. Assist to Liaise between team leads and tier 2 support teams from both pharmacy and transport automation arms for finalisation of bill of materials, costing sheets and approach to tenders/quotations/upgrade.
9. Work directly with Service Sales Manager, head of customer care and director of pharmacy automation to prepare competitive quotations and proposals – assist to prepare risk reviews to upper management to determine potential risks and mitigating factors to finalise selling prices.
10. Closely monitoring current sales leads and following up closely to ensure accuracy of sales funnel - regularly communicate with customers to ensure that all needs are met, if needs are not met, identify potential opportunities to generate more revenue.
11. Assist to Identify sites with the potential of competitor displacement, strategise with relevant management teams to create value adding solutions to customers - ensure that current maintenance agreements are profitable.
12. Main POC for pushing of cold chain products (Pharmacy refrigerators and freezers) in Singapore

Purpose of Role:

Destination Services is mainly based on the welfare policies provided by the company, providing relocation services for cross-border transfers, new hire employees, and international assignments. This role is to support the regional destination service lead in APAC, in all potential operations matters for day to day work, as well as accompanying project work for the function.

Responsibilities:

• Detailed monitoring of the Destination Services Tracker to ensure that the data collection is robust, vendors are keeping to SLAs, and spotting any errors.
• Ensure that service delivery of services from vendors is of high quality (meeting the standards made clear via internal documentation), as well as ensuring that communication in internal communication platforms is clear, concise, and meeting documentation standards for proper audit trails and record keeping.
• Spot checks factual accuracy and guidance in internal communication platforms, and escalates to the regional Destination Services Lead (DSL) if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
• Be the first point of contact for employees reaching out for clarification internally, as well as to bring escalations and deeper questions to DSL for further investigation.
• Assist with data review projects as needed.
• Responsible for editing and translation of new Destination Service Guides for all APAC locations, and support quarterly review cycle as needed.
• Review various systems of record for accuracy, and communicate with suppliers/HROP/and other stakeholders as needed
• Assign new cases to the vendors, including monitoring for data accuracy and ensure timely follow up of all services once authorized
• Answer base level queries from vendors/employees.
• Support as 2nd pair of eyes for DSL, for daily casework.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 3 years of work experience in a relevant HR/Process Operations field.
• Proficient in Excel (vlookup/hlookup/conditional formatting/pivot tables/etc) or other data processing tools
• Good experience in reconciliation and data analysis, with good communication skills and proactive service awareness.

Location: Tampines (Transport Provided @ Serangoon, Woodlands, Jurong East etc.)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Salary: Basic Up to $3200 + Benefits + Bonuses

Job Scope:
