Major Responsibilities:
.Assist in managing the technical and analytical oversight of the site’s spare parts program and MRO
system, focusing on improving processes and ensuring operational efficiency.
· Act as a primary contact between storeroom vendors and site departments to facilitate spare parts
requests. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of spare parts.
· Analyze spare parts usage data to create solutions that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of spare
parts management. Regularly update management on spare parts management.
· Support the tracking and documentation of financial costs and KPIs related to the storeroom spare parts
vendor, including cycle count accuracy, inventory turns, stock-outs, and inventory value.
· Assist in reviewing and processing service requests for new or modified Inventory Master Data
· Investigate and resolve issues related to spare parts availability, aiming to improve inventory accuracy and
reduce downtime.
· Assist in managing processes for handling parts obsolescence by updating and write off.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or any other related field with significant experience in inventory management.
Certification in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM,
ISM CPSM) is a plus.
Experience
At least 3-5 years work experience in pharmaceutical/ biological/ chemical/ oil & gas industries.
3-5 years of inventory warehouse experience driving inventory management and optimization
Skills
Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in spare parts inventory management using a
computerized system, with Maximo preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational
levels.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technicians, Manufacturing Supervisors and Shift Leads (API & Biotech),
Respective Discipline Engineers, Project Engineers, EHS Engineers, O&M personnel, QC, QA and Validation personnel.
