Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with phone-in and walk in customers to with their inquiries
• Generate and deliver quotations to business clients
• Follow up with customers
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when being required

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Product Design and Product Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This hybrid role combines expertise in product management and design, with a strong focus on customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

Product Design

• Design user-centric solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
• Enhance user experiences through thoughtful design that aligns with the brand’s identity.

Product Strategy

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align product goals with business objectives.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic initiatives to achieve market success.

Customer Engagement

• Interact directly with clients to understand their requirements and gather actionable feedback.
• Ensure product development aligns with customer needs and delivers maximum value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, marketers, and sales teams to ensure seamless product execution.
• Foster a collaborative environment to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions.

Iteration & Improvement

• Regularly analyze product performance metrics.
• Implement design and functional adjustments based on data insights and client feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in product design, product management, or related roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to create solutions tailored to customer needs.
• UX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of UX/UI best practices and user research methodologies.

Compensation

• Base Salary: SGD 5,000 to 7,100 per month
• Additional Benefits: may offer equity or stock options.
