Responsibilities

PERFECTION FACE & BODY WELLNESS is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments.

We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager

- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Meet identified prospects, give expert advice, and promote available products.
• Organize formal presentations, seminars, and other marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage customer transactions and continuously work to improve customer service.
• Create proposal documents, presentation materials, and sales tools to support marketing initiatives.
