Year 1:

Hone your teaching skills with structured training and hands-on experience. Progressively teach longer lesson segments as you build confidence, supported by guidance from Mentor Teachers.

Year 2-3:

Take full ownership of your classes while contributing to team projects. Begin mentoring junior team members to foster collaboration and leadership skills.

Year 4-6:

Step into leadership roles such as Subject Head or Team Leader, shaping the direction of teaching strategies and team initiatives. Step by step guidance to author an assessment book. Receive your first GROW Payout in Year 4 ($10,530).

Year 7-9:

Rise to senior leadership roles like Master Specialist or Centre Manager, where you’ll lead teams, optimise operations and drive organisational excellence. Receive your second GROW Payout in Year 7 ($14,742)

Year 10 & Beyond:

Expand your horizons with entrepreneurial opportunities supported by EduEdge, from opening your own centre to developing new business divisions. Receive your third GROW Payout in Year 10 ($18,954)
