1. Cloud Presales Support:- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to create technical proposals and present cloud solutions to potential clients.
   Evaluate architecture designs to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
2. Architectural Solutioning:- Work closely with the technology architecture team to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
   Leverage both monolithic and microservices architectures to meet client needs.
3. Cloud Solution Implementation:- Oversee the delivery of cloud solutions, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.
   Design and implement multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures using best practices in cloud-native services.
4. DevOps Strategy:- Establish and implement DevOps best practices to automate development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
   Integrate CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth infrastructure provisioning.
5. R&D Collaboration:- Engage with the R&D team to identify emerging technologies.
   Contribute to the design and development of prototypes or Proof-Of-Concepts (POCs).
   Convert POCs into viable solutions that meet end-users' business needs.

Sales Supervisor Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.
• Attend trade shows and other marketing events and represent the organization.
• Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.
• Identify the trends in the market, both current, and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization.
• Ensure the items are displayed correctly in the malls, supermarkets, and other sales points.
