Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP functional support to the Business as part of SAP L1 Support in Finance, Accounting, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistic, Procurement, Industry business streams.
• Collecting business requirements
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
• Investigate, analyze problems & provide solution together with HQ / Global Teams
• Provide training and user support as required
• Document functional designs for business flows in the system
• Perform/organize test cases
• Prepare/localize training guides/user manuals
• Integration with other Business Applications Systems into ERP System
• Join to project activities with HQ/Global Teams and vendor(s)

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Higher in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• At least 3-year experience in any SAP S/4 Hana modules: SD, MM or FI in consumer electronic sales industry (holding SAP S/4 Hana proficiency / training certificate is a plus)

The GSOC Specialist is embedded role with one of our major MNC client. The Regional Program Manager oversees the daily operations of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) ensuring successful project completion. The GSOC Specialist provides analysis on intelligence gathered and serves in leadership capacity as needed.

Essential Functions:

1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2. Monitor publicly available open sources using proprietary systems to provide a 24/7 tactical intelligence picture.
3. Monitor geopolitical and weather events that may impact business travel and company events.
4. Produce intelligence products to enhance the situational awareness and operational readiness, such as flash reports, daily reports, situational reports, verbal briefs, event and travel security assessments. Longer-term products may include working with Intelligence teams on assessments to facilitate the decision-making of cross functional teams.
5. Coordinate travel security logistical support through providers.
6. Escalate the GSOC leadership and crisis management teams during incidents and crisis events.
7. Conduct check-ins on staff and offices during incidents and crisis events. Tally responses and provide regular updates to crisis management teams.
8. Support intrusion alarm escalation protocols through attending to calls from alarm monitoring vendors and activating appropriate security response, when necessary.
9. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in security studies, Political Science, International Relations, Intelligence, History, Geography or related disciplines. Competencies:

• Strong decision-making skills, critical thinking, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to receive and relay direction and have ability to multi-task and coordinate several incidents at once.
• Familiarity with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools and/or access control and surveillance tools (e.g. CCURE, Everbridge, Genetec etc.) will be advantageous.

1. Lashing Specialists secure and unsecure containers on vessels, berth and unberth vessels.

2. Carry out wharf operations such as coning and de-coning and water bunkering operations.

3. Ensure that all safety precautions/rules are complied to and to report if any accident/incident arises

Requirements

1. Able to commit to a shift-based roster

2. Able to commit to 12-hour shifts

3. Able to work at heights (applicable for lashing positions only)

4. Physically Fit

5. PSLE English Pass is required as instructions are given in English.

Joining Bonus

Need training receives a Joining Bonus of $6000 over a span of 3 years

No training required receives a Joining Bonus of $7500

Performance Bonus

Up to $1,800 per year depending on performance

Job Scope: Ergonomics Specialist

As Ergonomics Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and implementation of:

• Workspace Ergo Audits

• Personal Ergonomics Assessments

• Risk Assessments

• Accident Prevention and Safety Advisory

• Product Design Reviews

You will also be part of assisting with Ergonomics Training Courses, Conducting Research, and Managing Events organized by Synergo from time to time.

Being a consultant role with significant client-facing activities in multi-national

companies, a good command over English (both written and spoken), project management capabilities and team-playing skills are essential requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Safety, Occupational Health, Physiotherapy or related disciplines is a minimum requirement. At least 1 year experience of doing similar activities is preferred. You will also undergo internal training after selection.

Compensation and Benefits

SGD 3.5K - 6K per month.

The compensation package includes salary, attractive perks, annual bonus plus benefits.
