Working Location : Loyang (Company transport from Tampines, Paris Ris, Sengkang, Punggol)

Responsibilities:

Sales Administration/Support

• Process customer purchase orders and manage stock reservations.
• Raise and submit purchase requisitions for equipment, parts, and accessories.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and vendors about shipments and order updates.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods by coordinating with Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes (e.g., pricing, stock, invoices).
• Support Sales Managers with proposals, quotations, and project price negotiations.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Sales leadership.

Marketing Communication

• Assist in organizing events like trade shows, seminars, and dealer meetings.
• Prepare and update marketing materials and website content.
• Coordinate with trade magazines and media agencies.

Job Requirement;

• Nitec / Diploma in any fields
• With at least 2 year of experience of related experience
• Singaporean Only
