In this role you will:

Position Summary:

Coordinate responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitates delivery problem resolution. Coordinate collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, provisioning products or related services. Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material, delivery requirements and returns for customer orders.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews customer purchase orders to assess requirements.
• Process and maintain customer purchase orders (e.g., order entry, etc.) inputting in Cardex (ERP) and portal management.
• Interacts with the different positions in the warehouse as well as with other functions such as Sales and Quality to ensure that orders are resolved in an acceptable time frame.
• Prioritizes orders with issues based on required ship date and performs analysis on whether orders can proceed without additional input.
• Performs research in Cardex (ERP) to potentially resolve order issues.
• Reviews and actions open orders that are pending resolution.
• For all critical orders, ensures timeliness of shipment through internal coordination and liaison with other functional stakeholders.

Support the business with all aspects of shipping and logistics. Ensure all customs clearance is in line with Claxton Engineering compliance procedures. Be responsible for the timely, cost-effective shipping of all equipment whilst adhering to standard operating procedures and policies and applicable law. With responsibility for all goods exported and imported by Claxton Engineering.

· Creation of despatch/collection notes for equipment movement.

· Creation of import/export commercial invoices, packing lists and clearance instructions.

· Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure efficient shipping of subsea equipment.

· Obtain export and import entries to complete logistical files required to satisfy audit requirements.

· Provide logistical knowledge to all parties on site and identify means of shipping equipment.

· Liaise with all Warehouse and Logistics colleagues to ensure the efficient and accurate control of imports and exports, confirming full compliance with company and legislative requirements.

· Liaise with colleagues and clients globally in relation to shipments and document control in international locations.

· Ability to compile import/export data related to Major Exporter Scheme (MES) for IRAS submission.

Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Manage change control processes for computer systems, ensuring accurate documentation, risk assessment, and approval workflow.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to assess the impact of changes and ensure successful integration into existing systems.
• Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for computer systems, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
• Utilize and manage TrackWise for quality management processes, including deviations, CAPAs, and change control tracking.
• Develop and configure TrackWise workflows and ensure proper documentation.
• Develop and execute validation test scripts for Kneat to verify functionality, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Document test results, deviations, and corrective actions, and ensure alignment with validation protocols.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in validation of computer system in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in Kneat, TrackWise, CAPA, and change control processes.
• Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5).
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and other relevant data integrity regulations.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Candidate must be highly motivated, be able to work independently as well as in a team and have good organizational and oral and written communication skills
