(A) Key Functions and Responsibilities
1. To proactively build existing business and generate new business opportunities.
2. To passionately provide customer service through good rapport and relationships including understanding and qualifying of requirements, technical recommendations, issue resolutions and support.
3. To lead and liaise between internal and external customers to ensure smooth coordination of all customer service matters including but not limited to order processing, planning, delivery scheduling and issue resolutions and customer specifications.
4. To participate in the formulation and commitment to the implementation of the company’s sales plans in line with corporate objectives.
5. To ensure the meeting of sales target and closing of sales in a professional and effective manner.
6. To respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information about the company and its products and service offerings.
7. To improve overall sales departmental functions including studying, evaluating, and re-designing of processes and internal controls, determining system and internal control improvements, monitoring and analyzing results and implementing changes in line with the company policies including SOX guidelines.
8. To be accountable for margin and collection targets.
(B) Supplementary Functions
1. To constantly monitor and feedback on market developments to enhance accurate and timely decision making.
2. To lead intradepartmental and interdepartmental discussions to generate growth and meet customer requirements.
3. To work closely with customer service and production planner to meeting customer’s requirement.
(C) Skill/Experience
1. Must possess good leadership skills to drive management of results.
2. Must be independent, passionate, self-motivated, and results driven to be able to work with minimal supervision to achieve KPIs set.
3. Must possess good build and solving values to generate sales growth.
4. Must possess strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
5. Must be proficient, both written and verbal, in English.
6. Must be able to communicate business proposals and technical issues with good presentation skills.
7. Must possess good “soft” skills to interact with all levels especially top level decision makers.
8. Must possess own transport and willingness to travel.
9. Able to work under pressure.
10. Computer literate.
(D) Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years sales experience with a proven track record.
2. Education: Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
3. Must have passion for sales.
4. Class 3 driving license with own transport.
