• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

JOB OBJECTIVE

The primary job objective is to hunt and drive sales opportunities in the assigned territory for Hitachi Solutions offerings in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Secondary objective is to manage assigned accounts for more up sell and cross sell opportunity and day to day account management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and qualify opportunities to achieve sales booking targets.
• Manage sales through forecasting, qualification, account strategy, and planning.
• Leverage and involve multiple stakeholders in Hitachi Solutions and Microsoft to ensure high win rate
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the deal
• Participate in the development, presentation, and articulation of a value proposition
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
• Identify and develop strategic alignment with key influencers
• Track and update internal CRM system for Sales Pipeline, Contact and Accounts
• Work with key partners such as Microsoft, Hitachi Asia (HAS), and ISV partners to identify and qualify opportunities
• Join weekly sales meeting and provide timely reports
• Execute industry strategy and acquire new customers in the assigned industries
• Comply with the internal processes related to customer screening, deal evaluation, pricing approvals, and Phase Gate
• Ensure effective leadership is implemented when managing a team or project team

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role selling enterprise solutions, implementation services, and support services to clients in the assigned territory
• Proactive and practical, adept at assessing customer requirements, and selecting appropriate methods to fulfil them. Skilled at determining priorities, establishing a systematic course of action to ensure successful completion, and allocating time and resources effectively
• Strong customer interface and presentation skills are essential in this role, together with a mind-set of customer service
• Skillful negotiator, acting as trusted advisor when dealing with customers’ business needs
• Excellent Account Planning skills
• Track record of achieving sales targets, as is experience in selling IT projects and solutions

Responsibilities

· Lead and grow his/her portfolio of accounts space through strong engagement with key decision makers by promoting New Bridge’s services to the target customer base;

· Have a strong understanding of the Singapore Migration & Education system or trends and the business needs of the clients, thus being able to coordinate across functional teams within New Bridge to bring the right winning team to drive successful solutions and contract closure;

· Establish new prospects from China;

· Meet sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer’s satisfaction through the services provided by New Bridge;Manage and coordinate contract terms and conditions internally and externally;

· Manage and build relationships at all levels with the designated clients that he/she oversees;

· Develop value prepositions and negotiate successfully to close deals;

· Develop a good understanding of the company’s services to coordinate pre-sales requirements;

· Drive profitable wins focused on New Bridge’s core capabilities and growth strategy;

· Coordinate and partner across functional teams and get orders provisioned to meet the customers' service expectations;

· Provide one-stop experience to customers regarding all New Bridge’s services;

· The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on Singapore immigration regulations, procedures and policy, in addition to managing the visa applications for a portfolio of clients;

· Identifying key issues which may impact immigration formalities;

The ideal candidate should have/be:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· More than 10 years of experience in sales

· Good network with experienced working in China would be an added advantage

· Willing to travel to China

· Proven experience in consulting sales would be an added advantage.
