The Sales Specialist is responsible for growing the LSEG Risk business through prospecting for new clients and developing new business opportunities within existing customer accounts. The successful candidate must be able to effectively position solutions mainly for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) use cases in Singapore & other Asean growth market

Qualifications and Experience:

• Highly sales focused – experience in like roles preferred.

• The role requires knowledge of the 3rd party risk management workflow – i.e. onboarding, screening, ongoing monitoring and automation.
• A proven track record in a quota bearing sales environment.

The Market Specialists team support our Sales teams serving as subject matter experts within Bloomberg. On any given day in this role, you will be consulting with senior decision makers at client accounts, helping to close new sales opportunities, and providing critical feedback to help shape the development of our tools and services with the product management teams. The Market Specialists are comprised of a broad spectrum of individuals with varying backgrounds and skills with experience from the buy-side, sell-side, as well as market and industry participants. The team's core responsibility is not only to heighten our user base’s experience and impact sales revenue, but also play a vital role in improving the knowledge of our sales force, and are a dedicated source of client feedback for our product development teams. You'll need to have:

• Minimum 7 years of client facing experience in Financial Services or a Financial Technology company
• Minimum 5 years' experience of Equity Derivatives in a sales, trading or research capacity
• Experience leading senior level client conversations gained within the past 5 years
• The ability to convey complex ideas and solutions in a simple and concise way to audiences both large and small
• Strong communication skills to be able to credibly lead senior level client conversations, gain insight into clients' enterprise workflow and promote Bloomberg solutions
• The business insight required to use your knowledge and experience to make good judgement and quick decisions to tangibly impact the commercial success of our business
• A reciprocal and commercial approach, along with the ability to operate within both departmental and company-wide initiatives, in a non-hierarchical structure without corporate titles
• Willingness to travel regularly across ASEAN

Role And Responsibilities
