Scope of Service:
· Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services
· In-house service role to respond customer inquiries promptly through in-house digital platform and WhatsApp messaging
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
· Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve customer service and operational processes
· Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
· Work closely with marketing team to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience
Requirements:
· Relevant customer service experience or marketing assistance is preferred
· Familiar with online / digital messaging platforms for business purposes
· Excellent written in messages and verbal communication in both English and Chinese
· 8 hours from 9.30am to 6.30pm for 5-6 days week that able to commit one weekend on Saturday or Sunday to be on home-base-working
