This position will provide significant support to the APAC Development Director, particularly in the areas of projects relating to developing franchise sales pipeline to support consistent Net Restaurant Growth (NRG) throughout the year. This role will support the lead qualification process, assisting the respective BD/SMO teams across the APAC region. • LEGAL - To work with Subway legal team for routine performance review of DA and MFA against contractual performance targets, and to facilitate contractual enforcement efforts as necessary

Skills, Abilities, Qualification and Experience

KEY TASKS

Laytime

Produce a laytime calculation/statement promptly for each vessel, ensuring no contractual time bars are missed and in line with the relevant contract.
