About the Job

As a Junior Specialist, Procurement, you will support the procurement team in managing vendor relationships, ensuring a smooth rewards fulfillment process, and assisting with inventory and reporting tasks.

The Junior Specialist, Procurement will be responsible for:

• Assisting in communication and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain a timely and compliant rewards fulfillment process
• Documenting and tracking procurement activities, including inventory management, order placement, and payment processes
• Assisting the Customer Service team with rewards-related queries and escalations

General Position Overview

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our lead acquisition and nurturing strategies. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns across various channels to attract high-quality leads and increase engagement within our target market. What you will do:

• Strategic customer acquisition and engagement architect: Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize and design a multi-channel marketing framework to run B2B programs at scale to drive pipeline conversion for APAC.
