Corporate Sales Executive (Local/Franchise)

Responsibilities:

• To liaise with our clients in assisting and attending to their orders, request, enquires and account serving.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing customers through regular contact.
• Maintain and develop a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the explanation of our product range and their benefits to potential and existing clients.
• Assist in sales conferences, meetings and audits.
• Administer pre-sales activities of products and services such as quotations, enquiries, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder in related field

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Sales Associate to join our team. This position requires engaging with interior designers, architects, contractors, and builders to promote our company's services and Vinyl products. The primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments for the sales manager to meet with potential clients (B2C & B2B) and seize opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of construction and design principles, and a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) & 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Saturday)

Core Responsibilities

• Perform sales / purchase order creation and execution for trade transaction
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Principals, and Customers in sales/ purchase orders, shipment documentation, and payment settlement
• Arrange import /export shipments via logistics provider
• Receive and prepare inventories for pre-dispatch check and dispatch
• Liaise with warehouse and delivery personnel for timely local delivery arrangement
• Coordinate and perform monthly cycle-count / annual stock count
• Identify potential issues and/or queries raised by Sales / Hospitals for effective dispute resolutions
• Investigate and escalate erroneous trade transactions for management resolutions
• Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
• Maintain all the PM data / document

Performance Expectations:

• Ensure the accuracy of documents generated for distribution
• Ensure that FIFO or FEFO procedure is practiced based on IMS to prevent discrepancies in the inventory system
• Attend to enquiries promptly and provide good services to the stakeholders
• Ensure proper correspondence between suppliers and forwarders to ensure goods are received as requested
• Recommend corrective and preventive measures for non-conforming products
• Safe keep confidential records
• Implement Good Distribution Practices at all times
• Adhere to company policies and regulations

Skills & Experience:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline
• Possess knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word)
• Possess organizational, problem-solving, and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to take initiative, multi-tasking, work under pressure, and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales of food, pharma and industrial applications for automated weight, hazard point and quality control, such as the range of in-line checkweighers, X-ray and metal detectors, etc., for an assigned customer portfolio.
• Regularly and methodically visit customers, to promote the sales of products.
• You will report to the Head of Sales, who will guide you in your development and projects.
• You are expected to be able to work both independently and inter-dependently and to update your reports in our CRM on timely and effective basis for team-wide follow up and support.

Pre-requisites:

• Good recognised Degree in Food Technology, Engineering or relevant Science fields
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in factory or in sales
• A “sales heart” or passion and interest to learn the sales processes and passion to achieve targets with an interest in quality as an enabler for manufacturing
• Good English language ability to write and converse
