Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented person to join our team at Speediance Singapore in Queenway. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating and selling our innovative smart home gym equipment to customers. This role requires a passion for fitness technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Working days Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in understanding the features and benefits of our smart home gym equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase how the equipment works and its various functionalities.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customers’ fitness goals and preferences.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by explaining payment options and financing plans.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications: Must be Singapore resident, Citizen or PR

Personality: High energy, confident and sociable

Experience: in retail sales, preferably in a fitness or technology-related industry.

Other requirements:

• Knowledge and passion for fitness equipment and smart home technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Secondary school o'levels or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee store operations island-wide and supervise all retail staff to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the total payment of store redemption vouchers is accurate and submitted to the shopping mall before the deadline.
• Prepare a weekly report to Finance Department on the amount deposited to the company bank account from all outlets.
• Monitor visual merchandising presentation.
• Supervise housekeeping standards.
• Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.

• Counsel and consult clients in their conditions and advice on therapy options
