Job Descriptions

1. Manage the day-to-day sales activities for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP tool) within the designated sales territory so as to achieve the sales target set by management.
2. Monitor, regulate and direct the activities of the sales representatives to maximize the market opportunities.
3. To make forecasts / targets regularly and to monitor performance of the sales team in relation to these forecasts. Manager is expected to make directions for the team to achieve these sales targets
4. To drive new marketing promotion efforts and to work with EC on the implementing the marketing and promotions efforts for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP tool)
5. To make, develop and manage the localized marketing and sales program for the sales territory.
6. To communicate with the sales team to understand customer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
7. To work with EC to set the industry pricing level.
8. To manage the SAP ERP system for monitoring the progress of quotations, purchase orders, delivery and invoicing of customers.
9. To work closely with EC on the new accounts and new products, using the local team to win new contracts.
10. Establish customer rapport an acceptance
11. Any other duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

1. Knowledge of commercial and shipping documents (Incoterms)
2. Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products(e.g. CMP Tools).
3. Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
4. Good people skills with a pleasant personality.
5. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team.
8. Must be prepared to travel overseas for training and to our customers’ location in the region as required.

Preferably to have Sales work experience in Japanese company in semiconductor industry for more than 5 years.

(Those without the relevant experience may be appointed as Senior Sales Engineer initially with a view to be upgraded later)

Customer Success Specialist (CSS) is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing client satisfaction. The CSS role is designed not only to nurture client relationships and drive commercial outcomes but also to directly manage Level 1 support for selected legacy custom solutions, aiding in the strategic pivot to Tunity’s product-first service offerings

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention.
   Collaborate with product development teams to implement proactive strategies that address client needs, encourage product adoption, and smoothly transition customers to more standardized, cost-effective solutions.
   
2. Commercial Accountability:Monitor and analyze the costs associated with supporting each customer.
   Identify and implement strategies to enhance profitability, including transitioning suitable customers to the Tcube platform and making strategic decisions about discontinuing support for nonviable accounts.
   
3. Customer Advocacy and Growth:Foster strong relationships that encourage customer advocacy, supporting referrals and the creation of case studies.
   Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, encouraging customers to adopt new software enhancements that optimize operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
   
4. Cross-functional Coordination:Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including hardware and software departments, ensuring a seamless and integrated customer experience.
   Facilitate effective communication and problem resolution across functional boundaries.
   
5. Level 1 Support Management:Directly manage Level 1 support for custom solutions, gathering crucial insights into customer usage and pain points.
   Use hands-on support experiences to guide customers through initial challenges and demonstrate the tangible benefits of transitioning to standardized products.
   
6. Retention and Renewals:Develop and maintain comprehensive success plans for high-value customers, detailing critical milestones for onboarding, training, preventive maintenance, and contract renewal.
   Leverage sales data and insights from the product development team to strategically recommend timely software upgrades.
   
7. Customer Training:Manage and enhance customer training programs, ensuring clients fully leverage the capabilities of Tunity’s Tcube suite for maximum benefit.
   
8. Feedback Loop:Act as the voice of the customer within Tunity, relaying feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to inform future product development and roadmap planning.
   

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer success or similar roles
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly learn and support both legacy custom solutions and new products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, understand business drivers, and deliver strategic insights.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and prioritize workloads effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing transitions from custom solutions to product-based offerings.
• Background in handling Level 1 technical support is highly advantageous.

• Identify and secure new business prospects for logistics services focusing in freight and logistics business within the Group
• Provide quotation/sales agreement to prospective customer
• Attend and resolve any payment issues, feedback or disputes raised by customers
• Create positive and long-lasting relationships with current and potential customers through regular engagements
• Maintain close coordination with superior to ensure profitability of sales leads or perform better than budgeted figures
