Job Responsibility:

1. Responsible for handling project documentation and correspondence in support of one or more managers.

2. To regular communicate with workers

3. To take care of wellbeing of foreign workers

4. preparing payroll, controlling correspondence

5. Preparing invoice, quotation for clients

6. Preparing work schedule for worker

7. To visit work site if necessary

8. Receiving call and response to client as required

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Prefarable Accounting)

The Communications & Media Management Support Staff will assist in developing communications that shape and manage SINDA’s public relations messages and brand reputation through written communications.

Responsibilities:

Copywriting

• Write advertorials, when required
• Copywrite/copy-edit content for a variety of platforms
• Craft speeches for spokespersons and GOHs, when required
• Any other writing requirements

Publication/Collateral Management

• Assist with the production of publications such as the SINDA Connections newsletter and annual report
• Contribute to any other publications and collateral that may be required by the organisation

Media Management (Public Relations and Media Relations)

• Identify human interest stories, media angles
• Prepare of media alerts, advisories, media kits and press releases; liaising with reporters
• Prepare talking points for spokesperson
• Media management on event day
• Respond to media queries

Requirements:

• Studying in or already obtained a Diploma/Degree in mass communications/journalism/media communications or related fields
• Sufficiently proficient in English and Tamil for content production
• Have good aesthetic sense and able to produce content on demand
• Knowledge of publication production and design software is beneficial (Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Resourcefulness and proactive approach to sustaining long-term projects and manage deadlines
• Able to follow directions and work smoothly
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across various levels.

This is a 6 months contract position
