• Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs.

• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• A proven track record in recruitment or sales, ideally within the recruitment agency domain.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment sales are preferred.
• Independent, dynamic, and self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
