• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and TikTok, adapting content to suit different channels
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different social media platforms

Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising or Marketing preferred; at least two years of relevant working experience and expertise in managing social media platforms for media, brands or organisational communications
• Effectively bilingual in written/spoken English and Chinese as this role supports Chinese Publications
• Experience in youth/millennial-focused content curation, and image/video editing tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and interactive content tools such as Genially would be advantageous
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and social media management tools
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

• Support the Sales team in the idealization of cross product packages to maximize the performance of media campaigns;

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) for various e-marketplaces and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok etc.
• Plan, coordinate, execute and host daily live streaming on Shopee, Tiktok, META and other platforms as assigned.
• Preferably able to provide health talks for offline events, or record videos related to health talks for social media, if any.
• Conduct product training
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience in a timely and authentic manner to build a strong community and enhance brand loyalty.
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance and live streaming metrics to continuously optimize and improve strategies.
• Account / Client Relationship Management to strengthen relationship with clients through periodic business reviews and activity updates.
• Manage a pool of part-time or ad-hoc content creators and live streamers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in publishing social media content online and hosting live streaming.
• Preferably with Nutritionist/Dietitian background.
• Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live).
• Excellent visual storytelling skills & on-camera presence with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full time position and work schedule will be from Mondays to Saturdays (6 days work week) based on hybrid work arrangement.
