IT Support

For our office in Singapore, we are looking for someone who wants to join our skilled team of supporters. We will introduce you to all tasks within your education and ensure you get the training needed. The technologies we work with are mainly Windows Server, Azure, SQL and Microsoft 365. You will be introduced to IT infrastructure at customers on-premises, at their hosting partners and at Nordic IT´s own cloud solution, reMARK Cloud, hosted in Azure. Sales & Marketing of Alcoholic Beverages including Japanese Shochu, Japanese Whisky, Gin, Rum etc. to On trade (Hotels, Restaurants & Bars) and Off-Trade (Retail Shops) clients in Singapore. We are looking for someone who is passionate, dynamic, and committed to developing a career in the Alcohol Beverage domain.

Job Descriptions

1. Develop the On-Trade & Off-Trade segment in Singapore (Bars,Restaurants, Hotels, Private Member Clubs, Retail Stores etc.).
2. Prepare all supporting marketing collateral, including maintaining any detailed product catalogue.
3. Support the Training & Education of Trade customers.
4. Create digital content for promoting various products from time to time.
5. Generate ideas for Events with Trade partners.
6. Support Daily operations.

Job Requirement

1. Have a strong interest in and passion for Japanese Shochu, Whisky & Cocktails
2. High standard of customer service
3. Good communication and presentation skills
4. Between 0 – 5 years of experience in Bartending, Sales of Wine/Spirits / Japanese Shochu /Sake or any area related to Hospitality.
5. Good Interpersonal skills and a strong team player
6. Able to work in small teams / self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach.

Account Servicing (50%)

• Respond to enquiries, provide quotations / proposals
• Follow up on converting and extending quotations
• Keeping contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly)
• Consolidate Qualitative Feedback on Strength and improvement areas for each relationship

• Identify Partner for strategic / scalable growth

Your Potential Profile

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B), sales support, and knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle
3. Great communication skills, Fluent English required (speaking) to communicate with regional clients
4. Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer
5. Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills
6. Prior experience with preparing complex quotations & contracts
7. Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs

Primary

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS
