As Senior Technical Support Executive, you review and study technical requirement, liaise with principal and customer and provide innovative technical solutions to customers, add value to their operations and strengthen relationships with them. What will you deliver?

• Provide pre and post-sales support to Sales personnel, including solution optimization, create proposal and attending technical clarifications meeting and/or presentation with customers
